The midloci DLL is used by MapInfo Professional to connect to Oracle8i
via OCI. When MapInfo Professional starts, if it finds this DLL, it tries
to load it. This DLL is dependent on the rest of the OCI components that
come with Oracle8i. If you are getting this error, there are two things
you can do:
1) remove the midloci DLL
2) install Oracle8i to provide the components that midloci.dll is
is looking for.
