Ok.
I think this might be an easy problem to sort out.
I have 2 tables.
One table contains objects with coding i.e. ComF7, ComF8.....
One code for each object.
The second one is a look up table with 2 columns.
ComF7 represents swimming pool
ComF8 represents Picnic area.
What I need to do is to update a column in the first table with
The descriptive reference of the second table (LUT)
So the end result will be having the code and the description in the first table.
I hope someone has a quick solution cos it's driving me crazy.
