hallo,
i want to create a applic for geocoding adresses. my
problem is, that the adresses do not match very good:
look at this example: r. de l'etoile
here are different difficulties: r. means rue and the
other problem is in the l'. by using the geocode-
command in mapinfo you have no chance to automatically
geocode this manner of writing.
does anybody have any experience or a good way of
geocoding with on own applic?
which is the fastest way how can you replace part of a
string in mapbasic?
