I have a map in the Layout Window that I need to have reproduced into Lotus Notes. With MI 4.5 and 5.0 all I had to do was "Save Window As" Bitmap then "Import" into Lotus Notes. It was quick, easy and gave good results on transparent layers. I have discovered that MI 6.0 is much more complicated in completing this process. If I understand the User's Guide correctly, when importing maps with transparent layers you must use the Advanced options. My imported image continually shows large rectangle (much like low resolution graphics) where I have transparent layers. Instead of large rectangles I should see tiny little dots. At least that is what was produced in 4.5 & 5.0. Of course the user's guide doesn't provide good explanations on these options. Has anybody run into this problem?
