One work around I've found that works for me here, is to print the PDF file
to my OCR or scanner software. From here I can push the converted PDF file
to Wordperfect or in your case, Word. I suppose there may be some add on
viewer that would allow you to insert the pdf file into a Word document but
I haven't been that far with it.
