Anyone have a pointer to a formal definition of a Traffic Analysis Zone layer? Something that would describe the criteria used to create such layer. Something like "it is common practice to draw the zones so each contains about 2500 people" -- something like that. Been using these for years, now an Interested Person wants the real scoop.
