MI Atlas GIS question

Dear List,   I've posed this question to a couple of AtlasGIS lists, but have not gotten an answer.  I'm hoping there's an MI user out there who can help me.  My question is this:   I've got an Atlas GIS .prj file. Several layers have the Labels turned on.  Is there a way I can save those labels to a text or geographic file of some kind so that they may be converted to MI?   Any input is appreciated!   Jason McMahan ENERmap Inc.
