G'day Chris,
Set the distiller as default printer, and have no prompting for document
location. Then use a text editor to create a workspace like:
!Workspace
!Version 400
!Charset WindowsLatin1
RunAplication "FirstMap.WOR"
PrintWin Window FrontWindow()
Close All
RunAplication "SecondMap.WOR"
PrintWin Window FrontWindow()
Close All
