When you installed MapInfo DBMS support you included the optional
Oracle8i support. This consists of the MIDLOCI.DLL which depends on
OCI components supplied by Oracle. If they are not installed, then
the DLL cannot load. There are two ways to resolve this problem:
Install the necessary OCI components from Oracle, or remove the
MIDLOCI.DLL file from the MapInfo Professional directory.
