Hello All,
I want to draw a polyline in Mapinfo which goes beyond my current viewing
window. Is there a way to do some View operations (zoom out, grab window,
zoom in...) and pick up my polyline drawing operation where I left it. I'd
like to avoid to snap 2 polylines together, if possible.
Obviously I could zoom out as far as needed to have my entire polyline
within the Map window, but that prevents me from drawing as accurately (on
underlaying street maps) as I want to.
On another note: Is someone aware of Mapbasic utilities which allow to
automatically create (poly)lines "connected" to other (poly)lines (e.g.
create a polyline representing fiber infrastructure along a street -
parallel at a given distance)?
