Hi All, Can someone please advise me whether the following is possible, and if so, how I would go about it?? We would like to customise the installation of MI Pro, so that the person installing MI (from the LAN) does not have to make any choices, i.e the program installs with a basic set of instructions. For example, we would like it to inherently choose: 1. Typical installation, 2. To be placed in C:\Program Files\MapInfo 3. When "Open Table" is chosen, it immediately points to: I:\MapInfo\... The plan is so that if our HelpDesk do install MI Users (when I am not here - or hit by the proverbial bus) they will not stuff it up!! Can this be done?? Can we modify the setup.ins file? Can command line parameters be set for MI Pro (and Runtime for that matter)? Please advise. (Sorry for babbling on.....)
