Mr. Paris, you've outdone yourself yet again. Great tool  A must for those
who have a bunch of toolbar buttons laid out in a particular fashion, either
docked or floating and who get too quick with the mouse and drag the bars
off location.

(This still doesn't let MapInfo off the hook for offering a "docked and
locked" or "allow to float" toolbars  option in the preferences menu)
