Mike,
There are many different vendors for off-the-shelf data and it looks like
you may want to take a close look at StreetMetrix from DataMetrix
(www.datametrixinc.com) since they have the most comprehensive bundled
package at the most reasonable price. You can find your streets, traffic
counts and demographics all in one nice package.
We have done a bake-off of their products and have found them very
competitive with the rest of the industry.
