There's a product called Freeway that allows you to create
origin-destination matrices, calculating drive time, drive distance, and
crow-flies distance. Output is dbf. Unfortunately there's only versions
available for US and Canada.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction here, wither
positively or negatively!
 
I used Berk Charltons hint to allocate all my customers to their nearest
stores based on straight line distance, and this worked a treat
(thanks!).
 
However, what I would really like to do is the same kind of thing but
using
drivetime instead of distance. Is the drivetime module capable of
creating a
matrix that can be applied in the same kind of way?
