Hello,
Following the discussion about thematic layers restrictions, I set up a
workaround that may give solutions ...
See http://www.geovrml.com/res/downloads/DemoLUT.zip or newest additions
in MI L download site at directions mag.

This utility performs permanent colouring of MI objects. It enables to
define colors attributed to objects, according to a bounded value (like
thematic analysis does). It uses a continuous coloring scheme (you can
define as much breakpoints as you like), and enables the use of linear,
exponential or logarithmic gradients (even no gradient).
The user may save and reuse defined coloring schemes, etc ...

So it's possible to colorize your tables, select anything (since it's no
thematic layer), and keep your colors packed in your table ...

Thanks for feedback, this version is beta, it will evolve into a more
comprehensive tool, but I need feedbacks.

Have a nice day.
Eric.
