Michael,
Assuming your grid table is made up of regions, you can
use the Update Column command from the Table menu.
The
table to update is your grid table, get the value from the intersections table,
specify the join where an object from the intersections table is within an
object from the grid table, and calculate 'Count'.

I have to find out how many intersections there are per acre for my county. I have a table with the intersections (point file) and a one acre grid table. I want to be able to populate a field in the one acre grid table with the number of intersections that fall within each cell. I've been racking my brain and I can't figure out how to do it.
