I have a program we use for school planning in conjuction with mapinfo.
Usually we purchase our street file data from MI.
Today I received a street file from district that they digitally created. I
believe that the MBX program I use searches for the TIGERREF number usually
found on MI files. It appears that the files sent from this district do not
have this data, although it has long/lat coordinate.

Can I somehow convert the long/lat coordinates to the Tiger ref number or MI
ref number that I see in data purchased from MI?

Or is there another way to work around this problem.

I AM NOT A PROGRAMMER!! (but I think I'm going to have to learn!)

THis list has been helpful before, and I hope someone can help me now!

Carol
