Hi Steve
There is no easy way, better: no way, to export a layout or workspace to a CAD-System,
as far as I know. However, if you want to export layers and assign i.e. colors,
patterns, linetypes and so on, you could use FME (www.safe.com). Using FME scripts,
you can assign all of it depending on i.e. attributes using "lookup tables" directly
to DGN, however it can get quite complex, as microstation setups might differ (i.e.
using different cell libraries).
