Hi Steve I just realized that the task you wan't done could be done through the CookieCutter98.mbx. It will not take the layout window and export it but you could make a cut out of each underlying mapper and combine the resultin partial tables (one for each layer) to one (stripping them of data) and then export them to 2 seperat but correct and covering .DXF files?! Maybe worth a try?
