MI-L Reshape Mode

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know a way to find out in Mapbasic whether the Reshape Mode is
toggled on or not  (Reshape Mode can be toggled via the Reshape Toggle
Button or via the Edit->Reshape Menu Item).
