Make your table editable, select the object(s) or row(s) and from the
MapBasic window
delete object from selection

Hi. I want to know how to delete a point object but not the table record =
for that object in MapInfo? Selecting the point and pressing the delete =
key when the layer is editable deletes the record as well.
