Hi Jocelyn,

Just make a MapInfo macro (!) programmatically or in a good text editor
with the following content :

!Workspace
!Version 400
!Charset WindowsLatin1
Alter Table T001 (Add NEW1 Integer,NEW2 SmallInt,NEW3 Char(7),NEW4
Date,NEW5 Float, ...etc... ,NEW40 Logical)
Alter Table T002 (Add NEW1 Integer,NEW2 SmallInt,NEW3 Char(7),NEW4
Date,NEW5 Float, ...etc... ,NEW40 Logical)
Alter Table T003 (Add NEW1 Integer,NEW2 SmallInt,NEW3 Char(7),NEW4
Date,NEW5 Float, ...etc... ,NEW40 Logical)
Alter Table T004 (Add NEW1 Integer,NEW2 SmallInt,NEW3 Char(7),NEW4
Date,NEW5 Float, ...etc... ,NEW40 Logical)
...etc...
Alter Table T300 (Add NEW1 Integer,NEW2 SmallInt,NEW3 Char(7),NEW4
Date,NEW5 Float, ...etc... ,NEW40 Logical)

Exchange T001 - T300 with your own table names, and exchange NEW1 - NEW40
with your own column names and types.
The above macro requires that the tables are opened in advance. Otherwise
you'd need to add "Open Table" statements above.

Save it with a .WOR extension. Run it using MI Pro menu item "Add
workspace...".
If you're uncertain about the exact syntax needed (given in the MB
ref.manual), I can provide it for you.

Best regards
Lars Nielsen
