I have a problem. Does anyone know how to do the following?

I have 2 point tables A and B, both are geocoded to a map. I want to
find out, for each record in A the 3 closest points from table B and
then link the 3 records from B to the record in A. Does anyone know =
how
to do this? I have Access to MapInfo, PCensus and Vertical Mapper. =
Any
help would be appreciated!
