Hi I recently posted a message to this list enquiring if anybody had experienced problems with MapInfo and Vertical Mapper and, in particular, with the Gridview function (VMGridman.dll). The problem has now been fixed through a combination of updating my graphics card driver and gradually reducing the acceleration on my graphics card through My Computer, Properties Performance. I have also had a follow up call from Keith Heinrich at Northwood enquiring whether the problem has been fixed, which i was pleased to confirm in the affirmative. I consider it good customer service when somebody phones me to enquire whether a service call was done acceptably; it's even better when the call is to somebody in another country (Canada to England).
