You might try Canada Post head office in Ottawa at 2701 Riverside Dr (613)
734-7575. The Address Management department updates postal code data. And
the department used to have GeoPost software, which had demographics of
each postal route. I don't know if the routes are available for purchase.
Another consideration is that carrier routes are constantly changing.
