If I do the following in the mapbasic window (as en example) dim o as object o=selection.obj alter object o info 2, makefont(3,22, 255,16777215) update selection set obj=o The text object is altered to the extent of its font name, its style (italics...) and its colour but not of its size, even though MI insists that the new style value must be a font expression, complete with its point size. I guess that size changes must be addressed via the MBR dimensions of the "geography" parameter of the alter object. MI supports however some resizing of the MBR when in particular one uses an "expanded" font. Did I miss something? or does it work as designed?
