Hello all,

Someone just came in my office and told me a new device is reporting
positions in arc seconds. I told them that all geographic coordinates
expressed in seconds would be "arc" seconds. Was I right? The only place I
can find reference to arc seconds on the web is in discussion of telescopes!

TIA

Marc Pelletier
