Dear listers, I am looking for some advice on where, (if any), there are good examples/case studies of research and analysis GIS projects online that have been carried out by GI companies. Currently the type of project I do is mainly based on determining catchment areas for retail outlets (number of potential customers within a given area, etc.). I would be very interested in hearing about any case studies involving use of GIS in the Insurance, Financial and Telecoms sectors. Also, any resources where I can learn more about customer/area profiling.
