Hi
I remember that I had this problem too.
I think that this problem appends when your program open a MI window
(and let it opened) such as a legend and when the link between MI and
your VB program is not correct.
Check your SET APPLICATION WINDOWS ... (must be done 1 time only) and
SET NEXT DOCUMENT PARENT ... (each time a new MI window is opened).

Dear Listers!
I am having problems to clear Mapinfo instance within a Visual Basic =3D
application using MapInfo as an Ole object.
I have the next code:
Global MI as Object
Set MI =3D3D CreateObject("MapInfo.Application")
.
.
.
Set MI =3D3D Nothing
The problem is that it seems it depend on what excatly I do during the =
=3D
program operation, sometimes MapInfo in spite of doing then=3D20
Set MI =3D3D Nothing it remains in memory.
Any suggestions will welcome.
