Hello Andrew,
Get Append2.zip (contains the utility append2.mbx) from Directions Magazine
(http://www.directionsmag.com/tools/browse_alpha.asp). It will do what you
are requesting. From my experience, this utility works best if the tables
to be appended are placed in the same sub-directory, and if you specify the
path to it using "Options => Preferences => Directories => Search
Directories for Tables".
