Is anyone else getting this message repeated?

Regarding out of disk space errors on editing a polygon and adding
values
in a info tool window...
i have noticed that i get the "oods
while editing error message" when i try to enter data for a newly
created
polygon. i'm allowed to delete the object or move it, but when i
try to
enter the street name, last name, etc to the info window, it get the
out of
disk space message. i tried changing info on other properties and i
can. it
has something to do with new polygons created. i got to the point
again
today where i was completely frozen and had to abandon ship.
and i did search for .tda, .tma, .tin to no avail.
jim thinks there may be some corruption involved. murray has had
the same
things happen, so i don't think it could have to do with editing
styles.
i ran across this situation some time ago when i was trying to enter
the
area of a property on a newly created lot. all other info was
accepted but
area gave me oods.
Any advice?
