You could try going to www.spaceimagingME.com for some satellite imagery.
They are vendors for data from the IKONOS satellite. IKONOS is a high
resolution imaging satellite and offers 1m resolution, which should be
sufficient to show you the roads. However, I do not know of the
availability of images for Jamaica or cost - you should be able to find this
information on their website.

Greetings Listers:
I need good images of the north coast of Jamaica, West Indies (around
Montego Bay area). I could purchase stock aerials from someone who has
them, acquire a new flight, or high-res satellite imagery. Needs to be
high enough resolution to delineate roads as boundaries, but doesn't have
to be award-winning resolution, and of course I need it as cheap as I can
get it. Anybody know where I should start looking or have any information
on this at all (even if it's not technically "hi-resolution")? Thanks for
any assistance or advice on this matter.
