Order your layers in the layer control so that your Call List layer of dots is
above your boundary layer. Then select the Boundary Select tool Icon and click
inside the boundary and the dots withing the boundary will be highlighted
(selected). To see the information of the selected dots just go Window>New
Browser Window..>Selection.

Hi:
I am a mapinfo pro newbie, and need some advice. Here is a description =
of the task:
We use aircraft to apply public health pesticides for moquito control. =
We use MI to generate a polygon that we export to a PCMCIA card. This =
card then is plugged into the aircraft and shows the mission boundaries. =
We want to be able to use the same polygon to select a series of dots =
on a layer (Call List Layer) contained within the polygon, and then =
print a table associated with those dots which contains the dot number, =
nae, address, and phone number of people who want to be notified of =
pending pesticide applications in their respective residential areas. =
Can I use Coookie Cutter in combination with other tools to =
automatically generate this list? Any suggestions would be helpful. =
