Dear colleagues,
I have again a new problem... I have about 500 objects, each of them consisting
of at least two polygons. I want to split these objects into separate objects of
1 polygon each.
I can do that in the following way:
1. make the layer of the objects editable
2. draw a polygon around part of the object that is to be split.
3. select the object to be split
4. select the polygon drawn and choose objects-split.
But.... I want to do this automatically... I do not want to draw for each object
manually a polygon...
Is there a way of doing this automatically in Mapinfo, or does anyone has a
Visual Basic or MapX script which can succeed in this????
