Tony,

I am using the G400 card w/ dual monitors and dual P3 766mhz cpus. Only
problem I have (more of an annoyance, actually) is MI takes over both
screens at startup, but will operate in one screen after being reduced.
Don't have that issue with any other windows program.

The combination of dual monitors and dual processors is great for me, as
I can be running a RF study (which can take considerable time) and run
another program (MI, Excel, etc) with no noticeable degradation in
performance.

Be sure and get plenty of memory (I run 1 gig).

Don't have AutoCad so can't help there.

Subject: MI-L Matrox G450 dual screen graphics card

Is there anybody using a Matrox G450 dual screen graphics card for
MapInfo
and/or AutoCAD? If so are there any comments etc? I am planning to use
this
in a system with a dual processor mother board (probably PIII 1000's).
Any
comments regarding dual processor mother boards would also be
appreciated.

Cheers
Tony
