Subject: MI-L MI icons

Does anyone know where and how the MI icons for buttonpads are stored? They
do not seem to respect the rules for custom icons for the simple reason that
they are numbered sequentially while in a custom dll the numbers should be
all odd or all even.

Thanks for any clue.
