There is a tool in the Directions Magazine web site
(www.directionsmag.com/tools) called "worldreg.mbx".
The freeware version converts one file at a time, but
it can be upgraded to a batch version.
I've used this for a number of MrSID images, and they
line up very nicely with the GDT data we use.
