I published the complete details on all the projections, Grids and Datums
of Colombia in the November 1997 issue of "Photogrammetric Engineering and
Remote Sensing," Volume LXIII, No. 11, page 1253.
What you see is probably the standard Gauss-Conform Transverse Mercator.
Parameters are in the article.

Hello to you,
I just received maps in Autocad DWG from Colombia region (South
America). The scale is 1:50 000, but don't know the projection. The
coordinates are around 1000m East and 1000m North and fit with the Grid.
Does anybody know where i can find projections definition used in Colombia?
Then i will be able to create an projection in MapInfo and try to fit my
maps in.
