Has anyone downloaded the data from the Directionsmag web site and got it to work? When I open the dem and clutter data for Phoenix, I get an error saying the raster engine is unable to rcognize the image file format and it is unable to open. When I try to open the 5 minute gridded elevation points for the far north west, all I get is a bunch of black dots. I think this is because I am using MI5.0 and it doesn't do the shading thing around points the way 5.5 or later can. Am I correct? I also am interested in getting the dems from the USGS for AZ to display, but after unzipping them, all I get are a bunch of .opt files and I don't know what to do with those. I also have ArcView 3.2 but it doesn't seem to like the .opt files either. Anyone know what I should do?
