Glenn,
I have done it using one trick (part of My Bag o'Tricks, see our site). It
consists in registering first an "empty" raster image by giving it the
proper angle, opening a mapper with it, displaying the "view" you want,
removing the raster from the pile.
If it is the only solution left to you and you want more details, do not
