Hello Listers, I am currently having a truncation problem or I should say lack thereof. I need to geocode a large dataset of addresses, many of which end with "Apt 1A", etc. As per the user's manual, I edited the mapinfow.abb file to include "APT" under the !EOLNOSPACE section (as well as the !EOLSPACE section because I was not sure). The fix does not seen to take hold, that is when geocoding the same records with the APT at the end of the address they still do not automatically geocode. The "try Substitutions from"MAPINFOW.ABB" option is enabled under Geocode Options. Does anyone have any insight into this problem.
