Can't be done. Not even in MapBasic. Browser windows are pretty weak on
visual-enhancement features. The best solutions I've heard of involve
adjusting the size of column titles by adding extra letters as spacers,
but that works only sort of, and it's an ugly kludge.
Of course, since you can resize a column with the mouse, there is a
method embedded deep in the code somewhere, but I don't know how to get
to it via an API.
