Not an OCX but...
"MapServer is an OpenSource development environment for building spatially
enabled Internet applications. "
Works nicely on top of Apache web server. I was quickly able to get a demo
(using shape files) working on both a Sparc Linux and a Win2000 machine.
Apparently you can include some other libraries to have native TAB file
support, but I couldn't figure that out.
