Please excuse me - I'm fairly new to MapInfo: Using MapInfo 5.5 I've created a state map that displays the number of 'Object A's and 'Object B's for each county in our state. The problem with this is that it displays the data for 'Object A' directly over the data for 'Object B'. I thought I could work around this by dragging one of the symbols away from the other one so that you could see both and their unique labels. When I move the first symbol it does okay but when I try to drag the second symbol it changes that second symbol and the corresponding data to the data from the first symbol. For instance, if I have a symbol in 'County 1' that is labeled as '8' and I move that to where I want it to go and then click in 'County 2' to move that symbol that's labeled as '9' it will move the symbol but the label and the data then changes to '8' which is the data from 'County 1'. How can I stop this from happening? Thanks very much in advance for any help. Z.
