Hello, I have discovered my error.  I needed to rename the old USMAPS.OMD
file
and in the .bat file, replace *.omd with the actual file name
i.e:

C:\VisualCafeEE\Java2\bin\java -classpath %CLASS_PATH%
au.com.opcom.JOSPS.Query.OpComMapMan USMAPS.omd -d%DATA_DIR%
