THe way I do it is to print the document to a tiff file using superprint,
and then put it on the layout as an image. Its primitive, but it works.

Subject: MI-L Printing a text document to a layout.

I have a text document which contains a report about the data I have in
a map. I want to be able to add this text to a frame in the layout
window using Map Basic. I know how to open the layout, and put a frame
in there, but how do I get the text into the frame?

Cameron
