Greetings Listers -
I am looking for some very specific traffic volume data: historical traffic
volume estimates for the hours between 4 A.M. and 6 A.M. on major roads and
freeways in Chicago, San Francisco and Sacramento. I am trying to
determine how much traffic has increased during these hours. Most of the
data I have come across has already been summarized into average daily
traffic volume, peak, and off peak traffic volumes. Thanks in advance to
anyone who can point me in the right direction.
