Hello List I've searched on the web but i could not find a solution for calculation = of affine parameters fron n known points. And I haven't got a book that covers this. The actual problem is ,i have a local map data and i want to transfer = this map to UTM coordinates. There are 10-15 known points but no parameters ( A,B,C,D;E,F) If there is a -free- program i can download or a couple of formulas, i = can work with it, i will be gratefull. Best Regards...
