Switching from D.M.S to UTM
In a table of sampling points that I have created on a map, I would like to
display the coordinates in UTM rather than in Degrees, Minutes seconds, I
have created the Northing and Easting fields but every time I do the update
column with Centroidx and Centroidy expressions I end up with a coordinate
that is displayed in Degrees. I have checked the projection, (UTM zone 11)
and the map options displays the coordinates in meters. I could type in the
coordinates but that is not an option I want to pursue.
