Qualified applicants will possess the following: Skills and Experience: * College degree; * Two years of related work experience; * One year of mapping software experience; * Proficiency in MS Office Suite, graphics manipulations, and Internet research; * Excellent written and oral communication skills; * Highly motivated; * Process-oriented; * Organized; and * Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Some responsibilities include: * Producing demographic / mapping analyses; * Producing site location maps and reports; * Gather statistics and demographic data; * Coordinating the creation of presentations; and * Production of flyers and brochures.
